One of the most exceptional Olive Oils we have tasted to date!  Smooth, fruity, elegant, a must have for anyone who considers themselves an oil connoisseur.  We are proud to introduce Grande Escolha, produced from olives hand-picked between the end of October & the beginning of December.  The olives are quickly processed without delay, pulverized in a traditional stone mill without the addition of any water, which may diminish their aromatic quality.  The oil is bottled after a natural decanting, without filtering.
