This delicious  DOP oil is produced from a blend of Frantoio and Moraiolo olives from the high hills of Chianti. Robust and grassy with a lingering peppery finish. We were pleased and honored to have Producer Alberto Giachi visit City Olive June 2010.

Serving suggestion: Drizzle on bruschetta, grilled bread or over your favorite pasta.
