Dauro is a greenish-gold unfiltered evoo blended from 3 varietals:  Arbequina, Hojiblana, and Koroneki.  The olives are harvested from northern Catalan region of Girona and pressed within 2 hours of being handpicked.  The resulting oil is beautifully balanced with both foral notes and the aroma of green tomatoes, artichokes and almonds.

Serving suggestion:  Perfect on salads, over fish and atop toasted bread
