The Frescobaldi family has been the center of the economic, political and cultural life of Florence since the Middle Ages. Their wines and olive oils reflect their Tuscan heritage and commitment to quality. The Laudemio consortium oversees the strict procedure creating their olive oils. A blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino olives, it is a bright green oil with a fresh aromoa.

Serving suggestion: Use as a condiment over beans, grilled or steamed vegetables, or antipasti.
