Riserva is the outcome of a careful blending of Moresca and Verdese native olives. Verdese is a rarity: representing only a very modest quantity of the olives grown in the Padova family farming district. A small jewel of oil making in limited quantities for connoisseurs. Full, fresh green almond, excellent balance of bitter and peppery.
Serving suggestions: salads, legumes soups, seafood, fresh Ragusano cheese.
