The Trampetti farm is located in the prestigious Assisi-Spoleto hills of Umbria’s “gold coast” olive zone. There Massimo Sisani, third-generation descendant of Eugenio Trampetti, and Federico Bibi, Umbrian agricultural specialist, dedicate themselves to production of one of the finest organic extra virgin olive oils in Italy. Same day, state-of-the-art processing of green, 100‰ Moraiolo olives hand-harvested by expert pickers results in an extra virgin olive oil with intense yet harmonious aromas of freshly-cut grass, fresh herbs and artichoke. High polyphenol levels and an extremely low level of free oleic acidity (indicating freshness) result from one of the earliest harvests in Italy. Each bottle is silver-wrapped to protect freshness.
